I’m a postdoc at University of Illinois at Chicago in the Marcell Lab.
My interests lie at the intersection of microbiology, environmental sciences, and human health. I leverage wet lab microbiology, microbial ‘omics, bioinformatics, and machine learning to study microbial communities as they interact with diverse systems, including human hosts and natural environments.
